The Nova Wellness Group (NWG) understands that therapy is a journey reliant on trust, affordability, and safety. We support adult individuals by providing secure, tele-health sessions customized to meet individualized needs. In addition, we offer one 15-minute telephone consultation at no cost. Consultations increase understanding about our services, establishes rapport, and helps determine if there is good therapeutic fit with our provider.

How Tele-health Works​
Online sessions are conducted via a secure, encrypted platform, ensuring your privacy and confidentiality. All you need is a stable WiFi connection and a quiet & private space to connect. We do not consent to recording sessions.

Your Financial Investment​
- We accept self-pay clients (credit/debit cards including HSA/FSA).
- We are open to explore financial options to make therapy more affordable & accessible: Visit our "Clear Path" page.​

The Nova Wellness Group is out of network with some insurance providers. However, to help with reimbursement we can provide out of network clients with a super-bill. Please reach out with any questions. We are happy to work with you to keep therapy affordable.
